Product will only be delivered to you once full payment has been made. For more information, please refer to our payment terms. The purchased product will only be sent to the address that you provide in your order. For deliveries to all districts in Brunei, delivery charges shall be applicable. The delivery charges will be listed on the product and/or the checkout page.
Once the product has arrived in our store, it will only be delivered to you within three (3) to five (5) working days. If we are unable to deliver the product within the specified timeline, we will notify you. Orders received after 4:00 p.m. will only be handled the next business day. On business days, delivery hours will be made from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. We do not deliver product on public holidays or during bad weather conditions.
If your address is located in an area which is unreachable by our Courier Service Provider, you will be notified to collect the product at our store as informed by our Courier Service Provider/call centre.
Once the product have been delivered and we have received full payment, we will transfer the ownership and risk of the products to you and therefore, you will be entitled to full ownership of the product that you have ordered. Following then, you will be liable for any risks of loss, damage, or faults associated with the product. If the product has been delivered to you but we have not received full payment, we retain the right to demand delivery of the product from you at any time and to pursue legal and equitable rights for any damages, losses, and expenditures.
